Moary House, High Street, Kelty

Does anyone know the history of the house?  Was it a manse, was it a coal house?

Didnae ken Kelty had a High Street,Moray House is that the lodge attached to the old baths ,used to have billards etc.Main street at Bath street corner

John I think you mean the Moray Institute which used to house the old library and had a billiard room aswell as meeting rooms.

My uncle Jimmy Mair used to be the caretaker of the Moray Institute and lived in the small cottage at the rear with my Auntie Betty & cousins, Francis, James, John & Andrew. 

Then there was the cottage ajacent to the Moray Institute next to the primary school which they occupied when he was the school janitor. That may have been the old headmaster's school house.
