Call for Kelty to support Pakistan's flood victims at special event

  • The event at the Cross Inn in Kelty will be in aid of Pakistan's millions of flood victims

Generous people in Kelty are being asked to do their bit in aid of the vicitms of Pakistan's terrible floods - the worst in nearly a century, at a special event being held at The Crown Inn in the town.

The fundraiser is being held on Sunday 29th August - with a great line-up of live music - and is part of a series at venues across Fife being organised by Asif Hussain, whose family owns a number of pubs and hotels in the area, and supports a hospital in Pakistan.

Up to 20million people have been affected by the flooding in Pakistan, with around six million needing food aid, and many more at risk of infection, particularly from water-borne diseases.
