by John Bearcat-Redmond

I always wondered what happened to everyone that went to Kelty Schools, often I think of all who went to school with me. Samuel Wells, Kelty Public and Oakfield Secondary.

Well I went to Kelty Public Primary and Oakfield Secondary. I remember Barry Robison because he lived in Laurel Avenue which was the street Maple Terrace where I lived. He had a sister called Gloria Robison. They moved down to England near Bath, his mother was English. I also remember Andrew Wilkie, he was in my brother's year at Oakkfield. My brother was Alex Stevenson. I went to school with Dale Armstrong, her father was a joiner and undertaker in Cocklaw Street. Memories, Nostalgia & History

History doesn't have to be in black & white

Your memory of a local character or a school photo from the last ten years can be just as interesting as wars and Victorians.
