Hi Ian,

I was invited to one of your birthday parties in Drum Road, we were around 10years old I think. I have this horrendous memory of a game your dad played on us, There was a two shilling coin in  a dish of clean water and we had to put our hand in and take it out. We were blind folded, when I put my hand in your dad swapped the water for some sort of mushy stuff.  To this day I can't put my hands in dirty dishwater.  I live in Oz now.  Hope you are well.

Memories, Nostalgia & History

History doesn't have to be in black & white

Your memory of a local character or a school photo from the last ten years can be just as interesting as wars and Victorians.
