A couple of old photos

I got these photos from my mother many years ago. We like many other families moved from Naysmith Place to the new houses in Keltyhill Ave in the late 40's. Some of your readers may recognise a face or two.

I remember a few from the nasmyth place photo

jimmy dignan standing beside his grandmother Betsy Bell in the front row,his mother is first on the left in the back row,all the smith family wullie,annie,betty,jimmy and their mother.also 2nd from left back row is one of the campbell daughters.that will be your dad Dom (picky) Gavin who worked in the Lindsay Pit bottom on the cage bells when I knew him and is that your sister last on the right in the front row ? my wife was brought up in Nasmyth Place" Rita mcdonald" we now live in Port Kennedy in Western Australia.

On kltyhill ave one back row from right Ian cooper,billy pryde john wallace and his sister,the Adger girls,from left at back Jim manderson who was in my class at Oakfield.would like to hear from anyone who remembers my wife Rita or myself
